Creating a monthly events flyer is a great way to share what’s happening in your organization or community — and with the AI Operator, it’s easier than ever. The flyer will automatically have a consistent look and feel, so your information always appears professional and well-organized.
The AI Operator takes your list of events and transforms it into a well-formatted flyer for print, email, or social media. No design skills needed — just provide your events in a simple list, and the Operator does the rest.
All you need to start is a list of events for the month. This should include the event name, date, time, and a brief description. You’ll copy and paste this list into the AI Operator.
Here’s a sample list you can use to try it out. Notice how it looks like some notes. That is okay.

Go to the AI Operator in one of the monthly events templates.
Paste your event list into the AI Operator. You don’t need to format it perfectly —I can be rough notes.
Click the Generate or Submit button. The AI Operator will take your list and turn it into a polished flyer with matching fonts, styles, and layout.
Once your flyer is generated, you can download it, print it, or share it digitally. You can also go back and make edits to the event list and re-run it if you want to make changes.
Keep descriptions short and clear.
Use consistent formatting (like date, time, then description).
Avoid using special characters or emojis — keep it simple.
