If you see Galleries in your menu bar, then you have access to a feature called Media Galleries.
Imagine managing ONE media/photo gallery and syndicating it to all the websites, ILS, and industry partners that use (or need) your apartment photos.
And when you have some new photos you want to share with the world, you only have to update ONE place, and all changes are syndicated out.
You don't. Every gallery is connected to something we call a Tour Path.
A tour path is a collection of TAGs (fitness center, pool, clubhouse, living room, kitchen, etc) that are in a pre-determined order that your management company has defined.
And as long as every photo is assigned a TAG, then we sort your galleries following your Tour Path.
And ... if you ever want to change the Tour Path order; maybe move the 'fire-pit' photo to the beginning of the tour in the winter season, then you only need to update the Tour Path and every apartment gallery is updated.
Two things.
First, we need you to select the photos from your current assets and Publish them. By publishing them, you are basically saying you want them to show up in your Gallery.
Second, we need you to select a Cover Photo (or the first photo to show up in the gallery).
If you have some new photos, you have a few options.
First, are these photos replacing existing photos? If so, you can Archive the old photos and then upload and Publish the new ones.
If these new photos are to supplement your gallery, then all you need to do is upload them and Publish them.
I'm sure you will have more questions. If so, please ask in the messenger.
